A leading multi-line insurer found its employee engagement levels dropping dramatically; rapid internal and external change along with the shifting demographic of the workforce seemed to be contributing, but there was no clear answer. Human-Centered Design revealed key insights.

The result was actionable roadmap to change how managers interacted with employees and a reimagined onboarding process.
