Distilling disparate needs to serve millions with innovative solutions now and in the future

A new CTO at one of the country's largest nonprofits needed clarity around strategic IT priorities. Human-centered design research helped engage users to repair trust and understand the disparate needs.

The effort resulted in uncovering a key opportunity to unite supply chain and technology to make a strategic investment that would to enable the organization's mission in both the short and long term.
